📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize maintenance operations across 7 production plants.
• Coordinate with plant managers, technicians, and suppliers to implement maintenance schedules.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
• Leverage SAP PM and Maximo to manage maintenance workflows and track performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance staff.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or food processing environment.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems such as SAP PM and Maximo.
• Certification in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or similar is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor maintenance teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
