📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations.,Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized.,Train and develop store staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Participate in store promotions and special events to boost sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
