📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and train a team of sales associates to meet sales targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve store goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and POS systems.,Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
