Oversee the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and equipment,Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians,Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to ensure that projects are viable and profitable,Ensure that all mechanical systems and equipment comply with relevant safety and regulatory requirements,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that materials and components are sourced at competitive prices,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the mechanical engineering industry and incorporate new technologies and techniques into our projects,Provide technical training and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
