📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of sales associates to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively.,Maintain accurate sales records and reports.,Assist in inventory management and stock control.,Train and develop new sales staff to ensure high performance standards.,Promote products and services to potential customers.,Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
