📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for kitchen operations.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure the quality and consistency of food preparation across all outlets.,Manage inventory and procurement of kitchen supplies.,Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and improve menu items.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handler's certificate.
