📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing the cashier station and ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.,Leading and training junior staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitoring inventory levels and reporting any discrepancies.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handling customer complaints and feedback professionally.,Assisting in the organization of sales promotions and events.,Participating in team meetings and contributing to the store's overall success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.,Proven experience in cash handling and financial transactions.,Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.,Good leadership and team management abilities.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
