📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Source and screen resumes to identify potential candidates for various roles within the organization.,Conduct job interviews, assess candidates' skills, and make hiring recommendations.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide staffing solutions.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to source passive candidates.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to the HR team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
