PT Duta Cendana is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security professional to join our team in Manado. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees, assets, and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management and a proven track record of implementing effective security measures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures.,Conduct regular security assessments and risk evaluations.,Monitor and respond to security incidents and threats.,Train and supervise security personnel.,Collaborate with law enforcement and other security agencies as needed.,Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and standards.,Maintain and update security systems and technologies.,Provide security briefings and reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a similar role.,Proven experience in risk assessment and security policy development.,Knowledge of security laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Valid security certification (e.g., SIA, CISM) is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
