📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract and recruit top talent.,Conduct job analyses and create accurate job descriptions and specifications.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.,Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and labor laws to ensure compliance and competitive recruitment practices.,Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress towards hiring goals.,Participate in employee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Experience in the hospitality or related industries is a plus.
