Steel Pipe Industry of Indonesia (SII) is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administration & CRM Staff to join our Brand Activation Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting our marketing efforts. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.,Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing office supplies.,Support marketing campaigns by assisting with data entry, report generation, and other related tasks.,Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.,Assist in organizing and participating in marketing events and promotions.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and administrative processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or customer service role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Knowledge of marketing principles and practices is a plus.
