Bahagia Intan Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated Assistant Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and inspections.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure vehicles are available when needed and returned in good condition.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding vehicle use.,Assist in the planning and execution of vehicle-related projects, such as fleet expansions or upgrades.,Provide support to the Fleet Manager in developing and implementing fleet management strategies.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and other related activities.,Conduct regular audits of the fleet to ensure all vehicles are accounted for and in compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
