📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and update social media profiles on various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).,Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, images, videos, and stories.,Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms.,Analyze social media performance and provide regular reports to the marketing team.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Assist in the creation of social media campaigns and promotions.,Manage and grow our social media following through targeted advertising and influencer partnerships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using social media management tools and software.,Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
