📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.,Manage and mentor a team of sales and support staff.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Monitor branch performance and report to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in branch management or sales.,Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
