📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and record all financial transactions accurately and promptly.,Handle cash and non-cash payments, including insurance claims and third-party payments.,Manage the clinic's point-of-sale system and ensure it is functioning correctly.,Prepare and submit financial reports to the management team.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and ensure their satisfaction.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or financial role, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Good communication and customer service skills.,Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and financial software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
