As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 housekeeping staff, scheduling cleaning tasks, and ensuring all areas of the hotel are spotless. You will work closely with the hotel management to address any issues and maintain a high level of service. With a salary range of IDR 4.500.000 - IDR 5.500.000 per month, this role offers competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure all areas of the hotel are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
• Manage a team of 10-15 housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including pest control and laundry management.
• Implement and monitor cleaning protocols to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Address guest complaints and resolve any issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Work closely with hotel management to develop and implement new cleaning initiatives.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and order replacements as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed accurately and on time.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping coordination or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a housekeeping team.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, including pest control and laundry management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with cleaning software and inventory management systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to speak and write in English is a plus.
