📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation programs.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
