🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing operational teams and processes.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
