📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet, including staffing, inventory, and sales.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Manage a team of staff, providing training, coaching, and support as needed.
  • Ensure that the outlet is well-stocked and that all products are presented in an attractive and organized manner.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints.
  • Work closely with the regional manager to ensure that the outlet is meeting all company goals and objectives.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the outlet.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Proven track record of success in retail management, with a focus on sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both staff and customers.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with retail software and systems, such as POS (Point of Sale) systems.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
