As a Process Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify quality issues and trends.,Conduct process capability studies and statistical process control (SPC) to ensure product quality.,Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues.,Train and mentor team members on quality control and process improvement techniques.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.,Maintain and update quality control documentation and records.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality control or process improvement role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles and standards (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.).,Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and techniques.,Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, etc.).,Familiarity with quality control software and equipment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
