📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers upon arrival and departure.,Answer and direct customer inquiries and requests.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Handle and manage guest reservations and bookings.,Provide information about the restaurant, menu, and special offers.,Assist with event planning and coordination.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Good knowledge of computer systems and software.,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
