📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to determine the best candidates for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate data.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other recruitment software.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
