Advancecon Group is seeking a dedicated Safety & Health Officer (SHO) to join our construction team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and health of all workers on-site, as well as compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards. This is a crucial position that requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in safety management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a safe working environment.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.,Provide training and education to workers on safety practices and procedures.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and implement corrective actions.,Monitor and report on safety performance metrics and KPIs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, including OSHA and local laws.,Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to integrate safety into all project phases.,Maintain and update safety documentation, including incident reports, training records, and inspection reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.,Certification as a Safety Officer or equivalent is a plus.,Strong knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
