Pusat Bimo Mart is looking for a Senior Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and organizing banquet events, ensuring that all aspects of the event run smoothly. You will work closely with our event planning team to create and execute event plans, and you will be responsible for the overall success of our banquet events.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and organize banquet events, including planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of the event.,Work closely with the event planning team to create and execute event plans.,Ensure that all aspects of the event run smoothly, from start to finish.,Manage the event budget and ensure that all expenses are within budget.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all necessary equipment and services are available for the event.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of the event venue, including decor, seating, and equipment.,Manage the event staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed during the event.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet staff or event planning.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations for events.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
