PT Akasia Maju is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Internal Auditor to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Reviewing financial statements, operational processes, and compliance programs to identify areas for improvement.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and other team members.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in internal auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with the last 3 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and integrity.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
