📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for dental staff.,Conduct workshops and seminars to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team.,Create and update training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.,Evaluate the performance of dental staff and provide constructive feedback.,Collaborate with the management team to ensure that training programs align with the clinic's goals and objectives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the dental field.,Mentor and guide junior staff members to help them grow professionally.,Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new dental staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Dentistry or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching or training dental staff.,Strong knowledge of dental procedures and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.,Professional certification in dentistry or a related field is a plus.,Experience in managing and leading a team is a plus.
