In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods, and maintaining high levels of efficiency and accuracy. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Manage inventory levels and stock control systems.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to manage incoming and outgoing goods.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Implement and maintain warehouse procedures and protocols.,Train and mentor junior warehouse staff.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the warehouse.,Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations effectively.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation purposes.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for warehousing.,Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
