Toko Putri Health Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Officer to join our team in Purwokerto, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for training and development, and a commitment to improving the quality of care we provide to our patients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff members.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with the management team to identify training needs and develop training plans.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to staff members to help them apply what they have learned in their daily work.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
