📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports using tools like Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
• Support the HR team in managing employee records, payroll processing, and benefits administration using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Conduct research and analysis to support financial decision-making and HR policy development.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on financial and HR-related topics.
• Help organize and participate in HR events and training sessions.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for various departments.
• Support the finance team in reconciling accounts and ensuring financial accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration (Finance) or a related field.
