📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Finance and Controlling solutions
- Oversee the configuration and customization of SAP FICO modules
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of SAP systems
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP FICO solutions with business objectives
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in SAP FICO processes
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to team members
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP FICO, with a strong background in financial accounting and controlling
- Certification in SAP FICO modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, PS) is a plus
- Proven track record of leading and managing SAP FICO teams
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
