📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage fabric development projects from concept to commercialization.
• Collaborate with suppliers, designers, and retailers to create innovative fabric lines.
• Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to drive product innovation.
• Create fabric samples and prototypes using industry-standard tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of fabric samples and finished products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fabric development or a similar role in the textile industry.
• Proven experience in marketing and product development.
• Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes and materials.
