📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Evaluate and assess risk for fire and property insurance policies.
• Underwrite insurance policies, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulations.
• Review and analyze insurance applications, providing recommendations for approval or rejection.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present underwriting reports to management and clients.
• Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure consistent and accurate underwriting decisions.
• Provide training and support to junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fire/property underwriting or a related role.
• Proficiency in using underwriting software such as Guidewire, Aon, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in insurance underwriting (e.g., CPCU, AIC, or equivalent) is a plus.
