📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Finance and Controlling solutions
• Oversee the configuration and customization of SAP FICO modules
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of SAP systems
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP FICO solutions with business objectives
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in SAP FICO processes
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP FICO, with a strong background in financial accounting and controlling
• Certification in SAP FICO modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, PS) is a plus
• Proven track record of leading and managing SAP FICO teams
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
