📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage the entire POD process, from initial documentation to final approval, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Utilize SAP and Excel to track and manage delivery documentation, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any discrepancies or issues in the delivery documentation.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of the POD process to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Ensure all delivery documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time to meet client requirements.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation processes.
• Provide regular reports on the status of delivery documentation to the management team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and documentation management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and documentation management, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficient in using SAP and Excel for data management and analysis.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations related to logistics and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the logistics team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
