📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement demand planning strategies to align with business objectives and market trends.
• Manage inventory levels and procurement processes to ensure optimal stock availability and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to plan and execute transportation and distribution activities.
• Utilize advanced analytics and forecasting tools to predict demand and optimize supply chain performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in supply chain management.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, and logistics, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Proven expertise in using SAP, JDA, or similar supply chain management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a global focus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
